You need to carefully instruct them exactly how much cream and sugar to put in. Or else, you'll get this: A creamy, pasty, diabetic nightmare with a hint of coffee .
since no DD has a set understanding of what extra cream means.. I've figured 7 creams is fairly light I only order coffee with numbers now like 7 cream n 4 sugar

the drive thru people are whack. I ask them for a coffee with cream and LIGHT sugar . They constantly ask me if LIGHT means LESS or MORE. you tell me genius...what does LIGHT mean to you?
They always make you iced coffee right unlike most of the locations that are hit or miss .
Always great service...but the drive through is usually quicker!
The drive thru people are shady. Sometimes they don't seem to ring up the coffees . I think some are doing the order pocketing the cash.
