We spent most of the day yesterday in the emergency room waiting for a friend to get a surgical procedure completed. I have to say this is one of the best and most polite hospitals I've ever been to.

Administration have been so considerate and have explained every step we've been through. This is my hospital of choice and I highly recommend it if you need a hospital

ER is always busy. Doctors are fairly knowledge but the staff is so busy it's hard to get proper care or attention in a timely manner. I don't recommend the ER personally- if you have another choice.

The NeuroICU is very nice and the staff is great. The bathrooms are disgusting though!!

Knowledgable staff . ER has permanent hallway beds because of how busy it always is.
