Love SW Air attendants - best attitudes; very accommodating. SW Air is all about making the entire flying experience uncomplicated. TY from a frequent flyer.

$20 bucks round trip to board early is the way to go, especially during the holidays. You get bin space.

southwest is pretty ghetto, but they always get you there on time and never lose your luggage.

Confirmed at desk....ALWAYS need hard copy of ticket. In a world of smartphones & apo check-ins, still need paper tkt. :(
