Americana Waterpark Resort & Spa

Best spa I've ever been to - Senses Spa . Great atmosphere and service. The only downside - too many parents letting their kids run around the halls or in the rooms.

A lot smaller than great wolf lodge but also a lot cheaper. Two body slides, two tube slides, wave pool with adjoining swimming pool , toddler area and tree house with two small slides , tipping bucket.

If you have small children this is a great spot. Small slides for little kids and larger slides for the bigger and older members of the family. Wave pool of course is lots of fun!

The water park is small. Life guards are only there for essential slides. So the kids slides on the left are a free for all. Make sure you are doing crowd control; to avoid your kid getting injured!

Nice family friendly hotel . The waterpark was great fun for the kids.

Wifi may be free but is hit and miss in the rooms, took 3 requests to have an extra blanket brought up, otherwise room was clean and spacious for a family. Waterpark is more geared for 3 - 10 yrs old.

Wifi is very slow. Other than that, service is great, friendly staff , clean rooms .

Book during the week, the water park is empty!

Plenty of empty seats but still makes you wait for 20 mins for the breakfast .

Smaller than we expected. (no we weren't expecting Great Wolf Lodge ) Prefer Fallsview waterpark.

. The staff at the front desk aren't the friendliest (charged deposit 2x & had to wait FOUR hours for our suite!!!)

No pool or hot tub unless you want to pay 24.00 for a water park fee. Fan and toilet did not work in bathroom . Staff were very friendly and informative.

Was alright. My 3 year old loved it. But nothing for maw and paw

Not worth the stay. Pay more and have a better at Great Wolf Lodge !

Lifeguards need to have an attitude check.
