Greasiest Pepper Lunch branch I've ever been too. The tables, chairs, even the floor are slippery!
You have two options here. Mixing the beef and the rice , or have them separated.

Pepper Lunch（胡椒厨房）创建于1994年，创始人一濑邦夫最初想创建一间没有专门厨师烹饪的高品质快餐店。他设计了用电磁炉瞬间将铁板烧的铁盘加热到260摄氏度（500华氏度），然后将生肉排、蔬菜和米饭加到铁板上，直接在顾客面前烹饪食物的方法。肉排的煮熟度由顾客自我控制，以便获得顾客最想要的口感度。搭配的酱料有特制蜜汁褐酱（Amakuchi）和蒜头酱油酱（Karakuchi）
