Everybody is very polite! The bed is really comfortable .The suite very quiet and cozy .
They were so nice. There was a small problem with my room at check-in and they sent a nice little goodie basket and a handwritten apology.
Just ask and you will get it :D .. Excellent service !!
If you have a mac it's really easy to share the Internet =D
