Make sure you attend the super challenging yet relaxing body balance classes throughout the week. Heavenly feeling after each class ! Zumba and CORB are quite good as well !
Try the various classes that they have on offer like Zumba , Body Attack, Pilates , Jump Yoga etc., which can be done by anybody in any fitness level. They have very good instructors .
Love this place. Friendly staff . Great trainers . Beautiful people (as their new slogan says). Right next door. Wi-fi and upstairs lounge with hot and cold drinks free for members.
Big variety of machines, helpful staff , good crowd. Free classes but always over crowded . The gym is overcrowded as well specially between 6 to 8 pm.

One of the best FF gyms in Dubai, but when its crowded its like a play ground :P
