At a proper Apple Store the place where you get your repairs done is called a Genius Bar . I guess they could call their section the Retard Bar .

Great service. Problem with my MacBook Pro resolved in minutes. Staff also very friendly and the best selection of Apple products and peripherals around.

Great service in general. Not everyone is clued up on everything though.

Come with your patience on a Saturday. Always a wait for any assistance, or even just to pay.

Ask them for the Bose On-Ear headphones... best quality headphones ever.

The store manager Nicola helped me to get the items I wanted but the staff is extremely arrogant.

Shocking customer service. And you have to go to the store because the phones are never answered.

Dissapointed in Apple , well , this store spesifically. Oh, don't bother with their Tech team, spesifically Mr. Vistor Aromeh. Treated me with discontent, and wasted my time. Disgusted.

Support is terrible. Been standing for about half an hour in the boiling heat. Haven't been asked if I've been helped. Horrendous support. Go somewhere else if possible.
