Everything $2.80 great for finding seasonal things like Halloween costumes and cheap homewares. No parking at Central unfortunately.
They even have fake plants and everything else you could possibly need in a new home. So cheap !
Some things are more than $2.80. Which is already pretty pricey when in Japan it's all ¥100 each!
