Agree on the fresh Sushi tip. Also my favorite fresh fish dept. Something good is always on sale.
At $4.99/lb, the salad/hot bar is competitively priced. Everything else is (often significantly) more expensive than Kroger or Meijer. Unless you're pressed for time or have money to burn, stay out!
