There are two locations: one outside the park and one inside. If you have your tickets already the line inside is usually shorter.
Stay on property! Early admission and unlimited Universal Express Pass to beat the crowds!
For the most part, the employees working here are helpful, but the lines can be long much of the time!
The in-park customer service team is so much friendlier than the ones in City Walk!
