Buy a transfer for a roundtrip ride. Go right before sunset for daylight view , have dinner at nearby Shiloh Grill (on Shiloh St.), then marvel at the sparkling skyline on your return trip after dark.
$5 for adults and $2.50 for kids round trip , can't beat the price, exact change , and yes it is cool .

Do NOT miss a ride on the incline. It’s iconic and the views are great in ANY weather. Make sure you have small cash for the tickets.
Pressed Penny machine at the top. The ride doesn't last very long, but it's worth the trip.
Trying to get errands done on a nice day is next to impossible if u rely on the incline. Tourists everywhere!

You don't have to pay until you exit, so you can probably technically ride round-trip for free (up and back without getting off).
All ghost sightings were initially believed to be nothing more than a historic business ploy, scaring steel workers into paying the original 2 cents fare. However, recent events prove otherwise.
Round trip is valid for 3 hours and saves you 30% of the full fare

Trolly is a waste of a fare. Humid, slow, and overcrowded. Take some selfies at the overlook for free and move on.
