You can schedule Genius Bar appointments online and on the Apple Store app . Should save you a few minutes waiting for help!

Apparently you can check in for your Genius Bar appointment on the apple store app but they won't notify you that they are ready via app so you can't sit outside the store and wait. This seems silly.

I wish if the store is bigger. Sometimes it become full and it's hard to navigate through

If you have the Apple Store app on your iPhone you can ring out accessories on your own.

Double check on repair status. Phone rep told me bring it in and they'd fix while I wait, in the store I was told the part wasn't in stock. Drove over 2 hours and wasted a day off work for nothing.
