Close parking can be tricky and the interior is galley style but the coffee and pastries are just as good. ????

This is one of my fave locations. It's always busy here during the morning rush but they're quick, gets my drink right & very friendly .

Parking sucks on weekend mornings! People sit out front for ever!

Make sure they have what you order before you pay. Twice I ordered coffee and cookie , to find they didn't have soy or the cookie . Had to do refund.

This place would be an awesome Starbucks to hang out at if it wasn't do damn cold all the time.
