The "long beans " are canned green beans . The noodles clump together. The boba pearls are gummy . Ew

if you do take out make sure you have hoison sauce at home for dipping your beef rolls they dont have any!

Avoid at all cost. Ordered minced chicken with long beans . The minced chicken tasted awful. The long beans were small cuts straight from a can. When we complained, they were rude and did not refund.

The #5 at 101 Noodle Express is the best mall food court lunch in all of L. A.

Beef noodle soup was awful. Noodle was even worse than instant noodle . Also ordered soup pork dumplings , just ok..

Beef broth is good but noodles were way too hard. They didn't have rice , fries , or any of their sides. Their supplier screwed them BAD. Worst part is they're sorely overpriced and portions are small.

A specialty of Shandong, the beef roll here is cilantro and great fistfuls of thinly sliced meat wetted with sweet bean sauce and formed into something like a Chinese burrito the size of your arm.

I have to say the Dan Dan noodles are not good. The noodles themselves were really hard and the sauce was too oily...I couldn't even get past the first few bites.

Beef rolls are worth driving out for with very generous servings . Also the soup filled dumplings are some of the best I've ever had.

Finally, legit Chinese food from the 626, on the westside. Noodle soups and the beef rolls are fantastic!

Scallion pancake , minced chicken noodles and dumplings are bomb. Same quality as alhambra location which Jonathan gold recommended!
