Amazing improvement from old locale. Our first visit and my breakfast panini was great, good servers. The waffle was a little chewy but coffee , ok. Saw cakes and pastries in back, will try next.

For faster service, sit inside. Takes a long time to get served outside but the view makes up for it!

Great breakfast food ! The pancakes are enormous. Beach view . Good service .

Parking tough....food good. One of few late night spots to eat.

Surly service & average food takes away from the amazing view . Do yourself a favor & try one of the many other options on the beach instead.

My friends and I overheard the manager having an inappropriate and borderline racist convo & will NEVER go there again! Not to mention the food was average many other places in area that are better
