Although they have mobile ordering, some Baristas don't seem to be trained to understand how the concept works
I am always given a hard time when I use mobile order in drive thru
This Starbucks is the worse. I place orders via the app and they only try to give me half my order. Half the time, I have to return the to retrieve the rest of my order
