The most civilized, least douchey rooftop bar in Manhattan. Yes, the drinks are expensive , but so are the drinks at all the other scene-y places. At least these cocktails are really good. Killer view .

Skip Top of the Rock, and enjoy scenic views of Manhattan and cocktails instead!! Elevators at mezzanine level are a little hard to find.

If U must order food, get Short Rib Sliders (comes w/ great fries ) & Heirloom Tomato-Burrata Salad . They’re better deals & tasted better than unrefined Peekatoe Crab Toast dish.

I love taking friends who are visiting here to show off NYC. Great views . Just make sure to stick with beer , wine , or another unmixed drink. The bartenders don't know what they're doing.

Pricey but great views & better deal than paying to go to the Top w/ tourists ! For AM, ask for outdoor table facing CPK side. For sunset - PM, ask for indoor table facing ESB, esp when past 9:45pm.

Fun place to have a drink and maybe a snack . Bring your wallet. You're basically paying for a Top of the Rock ticket with your $30 cocktail . Great views . Strange it's not open on Saturday.

One of the best views of Manhattan . It's worth the expensive cocktail ; you get the view + a drink for the same price/view as Top of the Rock

A bit noisy , and a little retro , but honestly it’s just a great, fun experience. Good to book a decent table if you really want a great view .

Besides view , avg food+subpar svc didn’t equate to exorbitant prices, esp since we noted online (& VM’s) it was our 10TH WEDDING ANNI & THEY DID NOTHING TO MAKE IT SPECIAL. Our server even snubbed us!

Pro tip: go here instead of top of the rock. Same view , less crowds, and you get a drink.

You don't pay an extra fee for getting up there, but the drinks are quite pricy . You'll get an amazing view though. Mind the dress code.

Drinks are $25 but the views ! It doesn't get too crowded like some other rooftops , it's more of an older scene. I would recommend going with a date you want to impress but not a big group of friends

Not fancy , mediocre food and service. Basically it’s a tourist trap in disguise. Acoustics are horrible and so are the mixed drinks . If you do choose to go have a beer .

Entrada gratuita . Las cervezas desde 10$ y la vista inmejorable. Lo mejor es llegar un rato antes del atardecer y quedarse hasta que "se encienda la ciudad".
