Simply amazing with everything !! Love the food the service is super fast the view is great ???????? The place is small but they have outside seats too. Over all I give it 9/10❤

Rumeli Kale Cafe is located in the Bebek neighborhood . Bit of a trek to get there, but the restaurant is on the waterfront and recommended by Anthony Bourdain .

Portions are very generous. Only take one menemen for 2 because with all the rest it becomes too much. Service a little bit slow and cold. Halloumi cheese and kaymak excellent but honey not very nice.
