I absolutely loved this resort !! I love the Polynesian more though. The temple pool is a lot of fun, but crowded and I love the trails and nature. I definitely recommend this resort .

Request a room in Casitas 1 or 5....they require much less walking, unless that's what you are into

Casitas 9b is Business Class . Breakfast is included in lounge . Evening snacks and drinks between 5-10. Ask for the sangria . No bottles of water to go.

Be prepared to do a lot of walking . Have fun its a magical place even for adults.

After a few drinks, try finding your room in this maze. Especially if you're on the fourth floor!

A 10% service charge will be added to your bill at Pepper Market if you are not on a group meal package. The servers apparently split up the service charges amongst themselves and the chefs .

Always request Casitas 4. Beautiful water views .

Bring ear plugs for a good night's sleep. You can hear anyone talking outside through the door.

Nice rooms and close to dining and transportation. Far from main pool though.

Request a room on the first floor and near a bus stop . You'll thank me later.

Great place don't forget to do the campfire at sundown at the pool!

Make sure you give yourself time for airline check-in & luggage drop off at end of trip

Bus stop #2 is the first stop to be picked up and the first to be dropped off!

Nice room but small. Bathroom is TINY!! Far from lobby. Not bad since we hardly spent any time here.

A corner room is a plus... Excellent view and close

if you got a mug that you can refill, dont go to refill it at midnight cuz the store is already closed ;(

Did not enjoy my stay here. Room was not up to par for the price paid. Uncomfortable bed, poor lighting, sparse furnishings.

If you have a car go somewhere else and eat. The food $ is outrageous!
