Steak 'n Shake

the only days worth coming here are Thursday, Friday and Saturday late night (10pm-7am) Michele works those nights and she is awesome. everyone else, rude and acts like the have a stick up their ass

I went on 1.28 and it was perfectly fine. clean , excellent food, came quick, service was great, waitress was a little dry but friendly . had to wait a few mins for the host but that's it.

They must have read the comments because everything went great. Super polite girl in the drive thru , food was great as well as service. The smores milkshake was awesome.

Are you a west coaster? Make sure to stop here at least once. Good stuff!

This steak n shake has some pros and cons. In terms of food, it's not bad and made to order fresh. However, I've seen sit down restaurants that are faster than the drive thru

I did a drive thru order. This morning around 10:30. The kid at the drive-thru window told me to pull up around and to the front. He only said it was gonna be 2 mins. I didn't get my order till 1045.

The portion size of the fries on the 4.99 meals is a little small so order a large cheese fries for the side.

The Santa Fe burger is only limited time, but was honestly the BEST ive ever had!! Spicey and delicious.

Came here at 3am and we had the best waitress , Michelle. She still was super sweet and cheery despite of all the other shitty customers.

I normally love steak n shake, but this last trip left a little to be desired, my bf and my food was brought out at different times and my food wasn' totally up to standard. Good overall though.

I love Steak 'n Shake. But not this one. 10 minutes to take drink order. Another 10 minutes for my wife to get hers Another 10 minutes to get our food which we had to send back twice for being wrong

Yes service is very slow here. That's because there always short staffed. Food is good but you will wait and wait

The worst slow service, food when it arrived average,fries cold,shake came an hour after ordered. Tried a second time giving them the benefit of one bad experience but it was mostly the same - AVOID!

Watch out for Julie. She's a bitch when you ask for sides of fresco sauce!

Food is decent and fairly priced .... but you'll die of hunger before you get it or your drinks.

Avoid!!! Most staff and manager incredibly rude with no sense of urgency. Food mediocre. Left tip for our server and we watched another one pick it up and put it in their apron. Got it back for ours.

Courtney has a snotty nose. Get a different waitress .

If your getting a cheese burger alway go for the cheddar

10 pm on a Saturday night. I got my food and shake within 10 minutes.

Don't come here if you want good service ! We sat for 10 min & no one even looked our way! When I asked for a server, the other server begrudgingly walked away. When we walked out, they looked shocked!

Try the Western BBQ'n Bacon with SHROOMS! AHHHHHMAZING!

Service is fine here during the day but if you come in the overnight hours - be prepared to wait a LONG TIME!!!

Avoid this crapchute. I can write for days how many things they'll get wrong with your order. Give them your order in written form and they're guaranteed to get something wrong on every dish.

Reggie isnt bad, but hes not the best server either. Our service was mediocre. Food was amazing!

Be prepared to deal with slower than normal people. The hostess is not at her post. She gets really mad when you seat yourself lol

Worst steak n shake I've ever been to. Servers are super slow. It takes around 1 hour to get food and drinks. Service is bad as hell! Go anywhere else please.

Drive thru is extremely slo. But at least u kno ur food is being made fresh to order.

Manager, Techenique Jean should NOT be a manger! Rang us out without saying a word. Employees too busy dancing in kitchen to pay attention to customers trying to pay. DON'T eat here!!

Waited 15 minutes after being seated without so much as someone asking us about drinks. More tables were seated. We walked out. Be prepared to wait.
