Love this Starbucks! All the staff are great, and always friendly ...especially Ces at the drivethru!

I'm not sure what has happened in the past month, but of the past three weeks (no matter if it's a week or weekend day) only ONCE has the drive-thru moved with any sort of reasonable speed.

My favorite Starbucks . Always clean and the employees are always in the best mood. They are all very sweet.

The baristas here were all in a really great mood and they were fun to talk to. The interior is awesome looking too.

My favorite Starbucks around town ! Barista's are always so friendly and willing to accommodate!! I do miss Ces tho!

I seem to almost always have a hard time getting what i ordered. There is always something wrong and I have to bring it back. But I love Starbucks coffee so I will continue to stop by occasionally.

The tall mocha frappe Pacino is so good here with a classic coffee cake ???? good customer service

Still the best place in town to get Starbucks coffee besides the other Starbucks places those are great too.

Teenagers who don't take their job seriously. Waited in the drive through while their friend was in front of me for over 5 mins.. They only got a cup of ice and my frappacino was melting.

Tried to use my reward card & the server was down so I couldn't. They gave me a coupon since I couldn't earn a reward for my purchase! That was very considerate of them!

I don't know what's up with this location but I definitely get better service during the day than evenings/weekends

best baristas in the mall of georgia area! (and yes i've been to the nearby, other two locations enough to say this)

My order is often wrong at this one. There is another Starbucks less than a mile away, but it doesn't have a drive thru . Go there if you aren't in a rush.

Quick service and GREAT drinks!

Park in 1st spot and avoid being hit by a falling umbrella. Reward yourself with a Grande, Soy, No-Whip, White Mocha .

Drive thru is extremely busy, go inside!

Drive-thru is a blessing, especially if you have kids.

HATE IT! Every single time I go (off peak traffic time or during) their service is SO SLOW. It took them so long to get through 2 cars in font that I drove off and left...ridiculous.

SLOW!!!!! The most inefficient Starbucks I have ever been to. Unfortunately people are forced to go here because they closed the other location.
