Always impressed with how much Apple techs & trainers know about their priducts! Fabulous customer service. Bought from Siobhan who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable . Genius folks are good too.

I highly recommend Apple employee, Greg Adams, in assisting you with *ANY* questions that you have. Great or small he is attentive to your concern, and doesn't make you feel like a dweeb.

Check out the accessories wall. I found some new things on it. A vibrating band wake-up watch! How cool is that haha

Take the classes offered. They are great and perfect for someone looking to brush up on the apps and/or someone who is new to it all. There are even classes for those in real estate (Michael Kennedy)

Appointments start LATE. Be prepared to WAIT and watch lots of people in blue shirts standing around checking their email and playing pocket pool.

I like the MAC girls a few stores down better than the Mac's they sell here.
