Looking for a queso burrito ? They can make a mad dish. Although, if you like your Spanish rice on the side, I'd get more queso , because there isn't any flavor on the rice itself

Did you know that you can get chips with a bowl vs a burrito ? Not much healthier but still delicious! Also open til 3am for those late night munchies .

New location is far from what the previous used to be. Burrito sizes and meat portions are now disrespectful (very stingy with the meat and rice ). This is very sad to see happen to such a great place

Get the reverse nachos ! Big bowl of fixings of your choice (rice , beans, veggies , salsas etc.) which is smothered in queso . Chips are served on the side.

Really good. Like a healthier, less heavy version of chipotle. And, the necessary breakfast until 1 on weekends!

Had a chicken burrito w potatoes . The potatoes were a little dry, but the rest of the ingredients were great. The food and setup is similar to Chipotle restaurant , but the ambiance is cooler @Pete's.

If your a vegetarian and/or vegan and its breakfast , you can get the vegetable medley on your breakfast burrito . It's amazing.

On the real tho, chipotle is around the corner and this place is cheaper, has more options, has breakfast , and alcohol involved if you wish. Why would you go anywhere else?

These guys have some of the best food I have had in a long time. The meat I spiced perfectly and full of flavor.

Okay, look. Pete’s doesn’t serve hooch. So why go? Simple. It’s the best place to hit the morning after bender. One of their burrito bowls smothered in green chili will put you back among the living.

If your on Auraria Campus and tired of the usual campus dining choices (i.e. Tivoli Food Court ), then Illegal Pete's is in walking distance and well worth every penny! Yum!

Pesto chicken burrito is the way to go! Also $4 margaritas during happy hour !

The chicken burrito was great! It was my first time eating here, and I hope to go back again sometime.

Out of the three fast casual , SF burrito place on this block, this one is the only one that takes nachos seriously. Come here if that's what you want.
