One of the best chains in SZ for Shanghai-style dumplings (Xiaolongbao ). 80 rmb buys you a dozen of dumplings +some appetizers . Gets crowded @12-1 and 6-8 pm,have to wait 10+ minutes to get seated.
This restaurant in Holiday Plaza mall (B2-34) serves soup dumplings that are a tiny notch below famed rival 鼎泰豐, and the service is far more casual , but you won't wait an hour to get a table!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: Great Quality, Menu with proper English translations & photos. Expect to nap for 30 min post brunch ;)
豬手很有台味。非常推薦蔥油拌麵，加上店裡的辣椒很美味。
罗汉上素跟以前不一样了，没有钟爱的豆腐皮了。
