Our 2nd time here. Within 5-10mins walking distance to Nagoya Shpng Mall . First visit took the exec suite, this time tried the jr suite. Satisfied both times. Not very big, but just nice for 3 of us.
Everything is good from the breakfast buffet spread, to the barletta lounge , spa experience etc. one thing to improve is the room service food which is bland and rather tasteless and luke warm
Reasonable price n room is very much cleaner n better than most 3-4 stars hotel . Probably best in batam.
Lobby full with cigarette smell. But the room is nice.

Better to buy your ferry's ticket outside of the harbour because the price's gap was very high. Batam fast served many varieties of ferry's schedule from 9 am to 9:30 pm. - Naoki Ferrio
