I've yet to have anything bad here. The ribs are my favorite, and they're amazing! Best all-you-can-eat value around! And the staff is always friendly and speedy, even on busy nights.
Everything! Great Service and the food is amazing. The place could be cleaner though. A little bit pricey but well worth it. Server was very polite.

Sonny's staff was rude and the food was microwaved. We arrived at 8:30, they close at 9. I am sad because the products and business are good. I have ate there at other locations and enjoyed.
