Friendly staff and crew esp the morning shifts. Takes the long wait in the line worthwhile.
Be careful at night, sprinklers are right behind the drive-thru speakers. You will be soaked.
I've witnessed their attempts to change the visual atmosphere of their layout/menus to a more chic & fancy place ; however the srvc still sucks farts, so maybe they're aiming for the snobby suave feel.
Recently had a terrible experience; mind you, it was at 5 am on a long weekend. Weekend was rushed and impersonal. No respect for customers and absolute lack of concept of customer service.
