Really quaint and always uncrowned cafe on top of Sogo. Food is great as well !
Worst dining experience ever. It's a cafe but staffs talk loud and behave like in a fast food . It took more than 40mins to cook a pasta . No action taken until you speak up twice and watch them do it.
