All I can say is one of the best high tea 's on Vancouver Island ! Empress eat your heart out!
Festive ambiance and fantastic food, cocktails were smooth and classy . Loved their steamed clams and mussels as a shared appy :)
Peppermint tea and wagyu beef sandwich were delicious.

Great opening night at Butchart Gardens, but never, ever go opening night if the weather is good. Too many people. - Tom Sutro
