Absolutely must go around 11:30-12 when the buns come hot out of the oven. The bubble tea is also the best I've had in Pittsburgh.
Family owned and operated, great prices on AMAZING treats, and some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. A trip you won't regret for sure.
