Wonderful Front Office staff ! Stop by the concierge desk for lots of information about the city and all of the great places to eat; including the hotel restaurant and bar - Gallerie Bar & Bistro !

This hotel is amazing. Cozy rooms but the furnishings are incredible. Get a higher floor for some nice city views . Pool/spa is relaxing and the hotel bar is nice and open to the beautiful atrium.

Can't say enough about the people here. Alex is a top chef in anybody's book . Cindy is a pleasure at the front desk. Tim and Tom in management and John and Lauren at the bar were all top notch. Thanks

Fantastic property. One of the best I have stayed in the US. Great dining options in and around the hotel . Parking is A NIGHTMARE! Executive lounge is nice and has great food.

Everything you need in a hotel . Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds , Starbucks in the building, pool access , fast room service and central location. I’m a fan!!

Super nice hotel , great facilities, clean rooms , friendly front desk, desirable central downtown location w/n walking distance of Nationwide Arena and multiple bars & restaurants .

Skywalk connects the Hilton to the Convention Center , as well as a labyrinth of hotels , restaurants , and downtown Columbus offices .

Great hotel in a great location! Convenient to Nationwide District, Short North and Downtown Columbus.

Every few months the downtown Hilton showcases local art in their gallery and throughout the hotel .

Nice property, cozy room , nice executive room, great location. Dislikes: $23 a day parking fee. Oh well

Self parking is easily found on the first floor with direct waking access into the hotel 's lower level.

Use Valet parking ; self park is a nightmare, elevators in garage not clearly marked, no auto doors (think pulling suitcases) then it is 2 different elevators to find the lobby....POOR DESIGN!
