If you plan for swimming check the weather forecast. The pool will be closed if any traces of lightning was found within 100 miles.
The gym opens at 1pm on Sundays. Sunday's 130 surge class is great! And get a 3 day pass if you're thinking about joining.
Since I teach Aqua Fitness here, I know that you can get a great workout in the pool even if you're not a swimmer!
This pool is always heated at 82 degrees . Always ready for competition. Short and long course with lots of lanes
