Main Street Cafe had three goals when opening : 1) to create a space that was positive and inviting; 2) to create food & drink that was unique yet familiar; 3) to create a downtown hub where guests were treated like friends and could connect with one another.

All of the Panini's are great. Equally fantastic food and service make this a highlight of downtown Kokomo!
The grown-up grilled cheese and the pumpkin soup on Thursday are excellent! Add a nutella latte and the chocolate cake and you'll think you're in heaven!
Great spot in downtown. Great espresso and sandwiches . My favorite is the Foster. Plenty of outlets for electronics . Owner is awesome.
Get the grilled cheese . You won't regret it.
