McDonald's & McCafé

Bought mc flurry Oreo thru dri thru, waited very long, the lady couldn't find the spoon & straight gave me a sundae with Oreo sprinkled on top! I parked and I had went down to request again! Wth!

A new branch at Bandar Puteri located near columbia asia hospital ...still preserve the taste, it just a matter of time when they start reduce the ingredients quantity,super peak on weekend for bfast .

Mc cafe at the cube mc Donald it's so much better than ioi mall one ! The barista it's friendly and concentrate on making good coffee

best. nice building layout and architecture ???? .staff also friendly , share with me everything bout puchong since I'm from port dickson .

One man show, making coffee , taking orders & washing utensils. My Latte served in paper cup even I'm dining in.

With the new concept of having the pick up and order place being separated I expect the service to be faster. But NO. It is much slower and made it from bad to worst. Slowest MCD . Do not come here

Th food here is tastes better conpared to other McDonald 's, the fries are good, nice place to hangout, 5 stars.

One of the dirtiest McD ever been, used utensils all over the place... stacked and flies flying around...

30th Jan 2am. Waited for about 20minutes. One counter switched to another counter to take people's order. In the end he served the late comers first despite seeing our pissed off faces.

Upon entrance the staff sounds very friendly but changed when they took wrongly took my order. Showed the *unsatisfied* face & not even apologize.. Sungguh pura-pura!

Fast service good taste and humbe staffs

Do not order your coffee if u see a "male" barista name Amizam who wear plenty of foundation on her face. He is suck at making coffee and play a lot...

I didn't experience what most people condemning. I found the wifi pretty fast (midnight) BUT don't they fry new batch of chicken when it runs out?

You see, this is the very first McD I visited without WiFi provided to customers readily.

Have a cup of hot chocolate yummy.

Currently new and understaffed. Staff is alittle blur at times. Overcharged accidentally but returned the cash after. Service is alittle slow but making an exception that it is only the first week.

The McCafe here is SUPER slow. Very very incompetent at handling multiple orders. Only 1 person working on drinks which makes waiting time very long. Come only if u have a lot of patience & time

Are u kidding me? I thought just change of packaging but how can you replace from black pepper to white pepper , is doesn't match at all.

Service freaking slow. The coffee who made by the barista is tasteless and there is no latte art on it and even they have, it look more like a poop. Totally not worth paying the money.

The most stupid staff having here .. Slow service and queuing for long time and told me don't have free sundae cone today . Most terrible .!

Sometimes the drive through will jam due to slow "production" of the staffs ...

super slow for a fast food joint, ordered a large mcfizz, charged for a large mcfizz but got a medium size.. understaff or not that is not my problem.. i gave double thumbs down

Very bad service at McCafe... Stood there for 5 mins and one keep making coffee while chatting and another one keep housekeeping leaving customer standing there like they're invisible!!

Wifi is pundek hopeless!!!

This mcd branch table not wipe properly by the staff and it's oily, same goes to the floor.

Service is slow even during off peak period in the morning. They shoukd improve they spirit & attitude.

McD is no longer a fast food . Slow food served and the environment quite dirty , they dont clean up. Even though they clean but they do ot roughly, oily prints everywhere.
