Solid location, it never takes more than a couple minutes to get the food. And they always have plenty of fire sauce !

I retract my previous tip... Never going here again. 3 times in a row it took 10 minutes to get 4 cars thru the window. And call me crazy, but 4 packets is not "a lot" of fire sauce !

Very poorly managed location, poorly trained staff . Took over 15 minutes to get a crunchwrap. Just drive a couple miles east on Dundee to the BG location by Dominicks. (Buffalo Grove Rd and Dundee Rd)

Not sure what you're smoking, Derek H. The service & staff are horrible... on opposite day.

Just don't go there. They are the worst. Never 1 order right. Save yourself the pain!
