Food is fine, but service is poor and the pick up area is chaos.
This location is in a mall food court so adjust your expectations accordingly
The service is not up to par for the typical Chick-fil-A. I barely hear anyone saying "My Pleasure"! What happened to the friendliness?!

Nothing has really changed from my November 2011 tip. This is a waste of a Chick-fil-A. While staff is friendly they move a snails pace & half the registers are always closed during peak hours.
20 people in line . 1 cashier . That's pretty typical for Chick-fil-A Peachtree Center. Service needs improvement for those lunch going office workers nearby.
