Best time to visit before 11am as very busy / noisy after. Food great quality but expensive for cafe style . Go first thing in the morning , deli cakes /food often on offer for half price
Every pram in Dublin heads there at the weekend. Also very expensive . A real pity on both counts as having an Avoca type restaurant at Malahide Castle makes real sense. Should be great but it's not.
Really nice spot for lunch , when the weather is good it's lovely to sit outside. The soup is really good.
Lovely scones ... Lovely scones ... Lovely scones ... Great interior
Enjoy a pie or piece of cake by the garden , beautiful setting, questionable quality.
Visit midweek if possible rather than weekends, much less busy. Food, staff and ambience very good, if a bit pricey !
Love the cakes especially the bakewell slice
Nice food, very expensive . Shop also very expensive , but some nice gifts here that you wouldn't find anywhere else
A wide variety of desserts ...Even kids menu is big enough to feel full.
Car parking is plentiful and make sure to take a walk around the Castle grounds.
Healty food
Very fine food in the cafe !
Coffee but it’s expensive
Food is great, but expensive for canteen style. Salmon salad and 7up was €17. Staff were pretty rude and cashier didn't speak. At all.
Kids shouting & running around tables. Ignorant parents doing SFA. Very noisy . Somewhat overpriced. Not for me.
Loved the wraps and coffee. Great unique environment. Outdoor seating. - Brook H
Cool castle and gardens outside of Dublin - Jon B.
Great spot for a coffee and scone - Gavan Drohan
The scones here are the best I've had - Carmel Hanrahan
Just a great, great place to visit! Well maintained, lots to do & see & great for a play & a stroll! - Declan F
Great walking trails, Par 3 Golf course,Tennis courts, Restaurant and then the Castle - Linda Kane
Beautiful beach, with the view of the harbour on one side and the Ireland's eye island on the other. It gets crowded very quickly on good days. - Will St Martin
