Make sure you enunciate your order because even at the counter they managed to mess up my order. The "English is my second language" person behind the counter seem to have some difficulty.
Popeye's has the BEST dirty rice ever. Even better than more expensive 'sit down' restaurants .
Don't buy biscuits when the chicken is 8 for $5 because that means biscuits are more costly than chicken and that is INSANE.
