GREAT place for breakfast in Wilmington, DE. HOWEVER, prepare yourself/yourselves for a 15-20 min. wait on Sunday's. They move things quickly but for parties larger than "2" the wait can exceed that

Breakfast , pancakes , waffles , eggs , bacon , in other words lots of choices and they are all good.

JANICE made the typical Ihop experience WONDERFUL. Can you say " best waitress on the planet "?

Takes a long time to get your food on Sundays. Also be prepared to season your own food, guess the cooks don't know about salt or pepper .

The windows are POORLY insulated so if you have to sit by them you might want to consider leaving your jacket on. Its like sitting under the AC .

This IHOP is clean and the customer service is very nice.

Hope you have patience if you go on a busy day or weekend. Food is as good as can be expected, but service is typically slow. A/C was broken when we went too.

I will never eat here again! We asked for salt,pepper and ketchup ,and have yet to get it and I asked for a coke and the waitress said "diet coke ?" Like really... wow...
