Mo's Seafood and Chowder is open at the PDX airport by C concourse and besides chowder and fried fish they have a Tuna or Shrimp Melt on garlic bread . Carry on.
The biscuits and chowder make for a filling airport breakfast . Not as good as Mo's on the coast but it's good given the location inland :)
