Members display a good level of fitness and aren't there to chat. Great for the basics. If you want to do heavy free weights this isn't the gym for you but it's great for accessory lift days.
It serves its purpose. Curb appeal sucks. Initially did not want to sign up because the exterior looked drab. Pleasantly surprised about the interior and being motivated once I walked in the door.
I am happy that I renewed my membership I had a lot issues and stopped going but this year will be different!!
Every1 should try Red Light Therapy it's awesome you just have to upgrade your membership to the Black Card
