One of Marco's must go to places. Enjoy Fine Dinning on the Marek's Collier House side (Everything on the menu is great) or enjoy Casual Dinning on The Bar and Bistro .
Owner incredibly personable, ate here twice during a four night vacation. Lobster tail and pecan pie are a hit!
The salads and calamari were so good!!
My recommendations are the duck egg-rolls and the fish and chips . Enjoy.
Service in the Bistro was a bit hit-and-miss. Food not bad though. But no anchovies for Caesar salad when requested. Really?
