Fred was born in Philly then moved from Philly to Dallas in 1982. He couldn't find a decent Philly Cheesesteak that was up to the high "Philadelphia Standards" so he started making his own. Soon family, friends and acquaintances wanted his Cheesesteaks all the time!

First timers. We ordered the classic Philly cheese steak , a bacon cheese burger and fries . Every bit of it was great. Will definitely go back. Looking forward to trying the rest of the menu.
Holy crap. The #2 and fried pickles are amazing. The decor isn't the best, but got my order to go, so didn't effect me. This place is totally underrated. Cheesesteak heaven.

I've been all over the United States , even in Philly, and I can honestly say that this is one of the better cheesesteaks in America.

Probably the worst Philly I’ve ever had. My wife got the chicken and threw it out after a single bite. Fries were sporadically over spiced and cheese sticks were too spicy
this is the best philly cheese steak place in the metroplex...its like ordering philly cheese steak from PHL
Try the "Fat Fred". A bacon cheeseburger topped with a philly cheesesteak .
