Great help from the lady who works there. Her name is Leo. She helped me find sea salt and also shared the tip to apply vinegar on my bruised ribs . Am onto my healing process hope her tip works. :)

If you like red wine , try the Ruffino Chianti . If you like hot foods, get the Mrs Renfros Ghost Pepper Salsa . When I say it's hot, I mean put the fire dept on your speed dial, capiche?

They have mini shopping carts here, which makes shopping incredibly easy relative to lugging around a hand basket. I wish all stores had them!!

Make sure, before you buy anything, you sign up for the Safeway Club. It's a free program where you can save money on regular priced items. It's like the Kroger Card, but at Safeway!

Sit at the table by Starbucks and people watch , pretty damn entertaining.
