As i walked in the hotel , the general manager Vanessa Wilkomm, and the staff . was very welcoming asked how can we help you. They went out there why to help me with a room to my liking.
Front desk staff not accomodating
DONT STAY HERE!!!! Front desk staff not friendly room smelled funny and saw a roach on the third day of our stay! Will never be back!

Não possui camareira portanto ninguém tem acesso ao apartamento . Tem Cozinha o que facilita bastante!! Ah o hotel possui café da manhã ( típico americano com muffins , frutas e barras de cereal )
Este hotel tiene todo lo necesario para quienes van de paseo y compra. El lujo no es su fuerte , pero ofrece lo necesario por el precio que pagas. Lo recomiendo!!!

It's a budget motel so don't expect too much. Also ask for a room on the highest level you can AND at the very END of the corridor because then you can get away from the noise of people coming in late - Stephen Auker
No frills, 2 star hotel. Great location near Disney parks. This hotel is meant for longer stays with a full kitchen. No they don't clean every day, but they're very up front about that. - gary
