Freewheel cycling is MUCH different than your typical "spin" class . This feels more natural -- when you stop pedaling, your legs stop moving. Great on the knees!
Different concept in a spin cycle . No flywheel means you work harder. No drill sargeants here. It all about being present in your ride.
Take the 10am Sunday class to avoid paying for parking !
