I frequent this gym and there are quite a few regulars. Clean gym , more then enough equipment. Little to no wait at the lifting platforms for squats or deadlifts. Just a solid gym .
Great classes , lots of machines and clean , clean , clean !

Wonderful Shop-rite! Massive, clean, reasonably stocked. Much better than Tuckahoe or Bronx locations. Loads of parking. In and out - Ms. Dee Bell
