Great facility, might be hard to get in a groove if you're power lifting but great facility nonetheless.
Quiet here since the new place opened around the corner. If you seek a nice relaxed place to train this iis a great time to join.
All new cardio machines !
Clean facility , nice friendly staff . Very poor cell reception if you use a smart phone for your workout music (Pandora, Rhapsody)so bring your ipod/mp3 player.
