Some baristas don't know the difference b/w bold and pikes place (there is a huge difference). ... Lathes, etc don't taste as good here as at Dundee/rand location

Super slow service. Baristas seem overwhelmed and often screw up my drink order, prolonging my already long wait . Perhaps they just need a bit more training .
